Our company, Marathon Motor has launched the 6^th round training on 1^st August, 2022

• The session was launched by Ato Melkamu Assefa, Founding CEO & MD of Marathon Motor by delivering a welcoming speech.
• For the three month training, trainees were selected from 3,500 applicants, who are graduates of our country`s universities and TVET, through written and practical exams. During their stay, they will be entitled to a pocket money.
• They are graduates in Marketing, Engineering, Business Management, IT and Accounting in B.SC./BA. Including Level 4 and 3 from TVET on Auto mechanical, electric and body repair.
• They will be attending trainings in various fields; vehicle assembly, mechanical, electrical & body repair, vehicle & part sales, service reception, accounting and administration.
• The objective of the training is to upgrade the skills of young graduates to fill the gap in the Auto industry, while high performers will be offered job opportunity in our company.
• Our company has made it a culture and part of its corporate social responsibility and has been conducting such sessions for the past several years by investing on multi training centers both for technical and business support trainings.

ኩባንያችን ማራቶን ሞተር 6ኛዉን ዙር የስልጠና መርሃ ግብር ሐምሌ 25 2014 ዓ.ም. አስጀምሯል፡፡

• የመክፈቻ መርሃ ግብሩን አቶ መልካሙ አሰፋ የማራቶን ሞተር መስራች ዋና ስራ አስፈፃሚና ማኔጂንግ ዳይሬክተር ለወጣት ሰልጣኞቹ የእንካÿን ደህና መጣችሁ እና የማነቃቂያ ንግግር በማድረግ አስጀምረዋል፡፡
• ሶስት ወር በሚቆየው የስልጠና መርሃ ግብር የሀገራችን ዩኒቨርስቲዎች እና የቴክኒክና ሞያ ማሰልጠኛ ተgማት ካፈVቸው ምሩቃን ውስጥ 3500 አመልካቾች መካከል በመፈተንና በማወዳደር የተመረጡ ሰልጣኞች የኪስ ክፍያ እየተከፈላቸው ስልጠና ይወስዳሉ፡፡
• ሰልጣኞቹ በማርኬቲንግ፣ኢንጂነሪንግ፣ቢስነስ ማኔጅመንት ፣ አይቲ እና አካውንቲንግ በመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ እንዲሁም ከቴክኒክና ሙያ በአውቶ፤በኤሌክትሪክ እና በተሽከርካሪ አካል ጥገና ዘርፍ በደረጃ 4 እና 3 የተመረቁ ናቸው፡፡
• ሰልጣኖቹ በቆይታቸው በተሸከርካሪ መገጣጠም፣ በመካኒካል፣ኤለክትሪክ እና የተሸከርካሪ አካል ጥገና፣በተሽከርካሪ እና መለዋወጫ ሽያጭ፣በሰርቪስ ሪሴብሽን፣በሂሳብ አያያዝ እና በአስተዳደር ዘርፎች በመመደብ ስልጠና እንዲያገኙ ይደረጋል፡፡
• የስልጥናው ዋና ዓላማ ለሀገራችን በተለየም ለአውቶሞቲቭ ኢንዱስትሪው ብቁ የሆኑ ባለሙያዎችን ማፍራት ሲሆን ከፍተኛ አፈፃፀም ለሚያስመዘግቡት ደግሞ ኩባንያችን የስራ ዕድል ይሰጣል፡፡
• ኩባንያችን ለባለፉት በርካታ ዓመታት ማኅበራዊ ኃላፊነቱን ለመወጣት ከሚያደርጋቸው እንቅስቃሴዎች አንዱ የሆነውን የቴክኒክ እና ቢዝነስ ሰፖርት ስልጠና በርካታ የስልጠና ማዕከሎችን በማቋቋም በማካሄድ ላይ ይገኛል፡፡ ይሄን ባህሉንም አጠናክሮ ይቀጥላል፡፡
